Physical Library Materials and Value-Added Services

The government authority located in Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide physical library materials and value-added services. The agency needs to solve the problem of acquiring and managing physical library items intended for patron use, including materials for adults, teens, and children. The scope of work covers print materials in all formats and editions, foreign language materials, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, 4K Ultra High Definition Blu-ray discs, read-along formats, and serials or other ongoing publications. The agency is also requesting value-added services to support these acquisitions. These services include collection development support through title lists and curated recommendations, online ordering tools that support customized workflows, order record services for bibliographic data, and standing order services for continuing publications. Bidders are not required to provide all categories of materials and may propose to supply any one or more categories applicable to their offerings. Eligible bidders must perform all work onshore within the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders rather than providing a set budget limit. The contract period will be for one year. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 11, 2026.
