First Episode Psychosis and Navigate Training and Consulting Services

The Network180 government authority located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a vendor to provide first episode psychosis and navigate training and consulting services. The agency needs to equip statewide navigate staff, community mental health providers, and family caregivers with specialized training, clinical consultation, and educational resources. This initiative aims to improve the quality of care and support systems for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis across the state. The scope of work covers seven distinct training and communication components. The selected vendor will deliver training on cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis and written exposure therapy to statewide navigate staff. Additionally, the vendor will conduct four monthly case consultation calls on compassionate focused therapy for psychosis, utilizing at least two trainers to support four separate groups of statewide navigate staff. For family support and community outreach, the vendor will host the psychosis reach program family ambassador online webinar and facilitate support groups for family caregivers. The agency also requires the vendor to plan and conduct virtual, one-hour monthly lunch and learn meetings for community mental health providers and other organizations. Communication deliverables include developing a quarterly newsletter featuring articles, resources, and interviews with persons with lived experience, as well as creating and posting content on Facebook and Instagram at least once per week. Bidders must perform all work onsite in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and eligibility is restricted to onshore entities within the United States.
