Third Party Claims Administrator Services

The County is seeking a third-party claims administrator to support its self-insured on-the-job injury program. The agency needs a partner to establish a dedicated service team responsible for processing and paying on-the-job injury claims received by County Risk Management. Additionally, the agency requires an on-the-job injury reporting system that complies with OSHA reporting standards and interfaces directly with the claim system. The scope of work requires the administrator to lead and coordinate efforts with the Risk Management department to transfer historical claim data from current County systems into the new platform. The administrator must provide an information system with online access for County Risk Management, key stakeholders, and related designees. This system must feature statistical reporting capabilities that allow users to generate ad hoc, customized reports showing data such as amounts reserved and paid for individual claims or summarized groups. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period that will last for four years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
