Property coverage must protect against physical loss or damage to buildings, structures, contents, and personal property, while also addressing business interruption, construction-related exposures, debris removal, and utility interruptions. Additionally, the contractor must provide crime coverage for theft, fraud, and embezzlement, alongside commercial general liability coverage for bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, and legal defense. Loss control and risk management services must support the agency through inspections, audits, and verification of property values and exposures. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for these services.
