Employee and Family Assistance Program Service

The scope of work covers program promotion, orientation, utilization reporting, account management, and resources for health, wellness, legal, financial, and lifestyle needs. The selected provider must deliver twenty-four-seven intake, crisis counselling, emergency response capabilities, and qualified crisis and trauma response services.
