Annual Financial Audit Service

The City of Kilgore, Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual financial audit services. The selected auditor must perform an audit of the basic financial statements and the combining and individual fund financial statements and schedules. While the buyer does not require a full audit of the supporting schedules contained in the annual comprehensive financial report, the auditor must provide an in-relation-to opinion on these schedules based on the auditing procedures applied during the main audit. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all audit work offsite. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. All clarifying questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than July 2, 2026.
