School-based Research and Ancillary Services - Budget - Up to 215,000 EUR

Coimisiún na Meán, the government authority located in Ireland, is seeking school-based research and ancillary services to examine primary school children’s experiences of and perspectives regarding online engagement. This research supports the transposition of the revised Audiovisual Media Services Directive, which updates the regulatory framework for broadcasting and on-demand audiovisual media services, and establishes a new regulatory framework for online safety. The agency requires the development of an appropriate sampling approach, sample recruitment, and a structured approach to data collection within a school setting that includes steps to achieve a representative sample. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Ireland. The agency expects the successful tenderer to possess a strong track record of engagement with teachers, school leaders, and relevant stakeholder bodies, alongside an established network of key contacts to deliver robust research in a primary school context. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite. The agency has set a maximum budget of up to 215,000 EUR for this contract.
