Student Transportation Services

The Pomona Unified School District in Pomona, California is seeking a vendor to operate and maintain school buses for the transportation of pupils and other authorized persons. The district requires these transportation services to occur at specified times and places, which may fall within or outside the district boundaries on any day of the week. The selected provider must deliver services as needed for summer school, extended school years, expanded learning programs, after-school activities, evening or weekend events, and field trips, including overnight trips. Eligible bidders must be organizations based in the United States. The district requires the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit proposals that include pricing, as the district is looking for proposal bids to determine the budget. The district has scheduled a mandatory pre-proposal conference for June 15, 2026. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than June 16, 2026. The resulting contract will cover a period of one year.
