Behavioral Health Services

The Montana government authority is seeking a vendor to provide on-campus mental health services for students to support their well-being, retention, and academic success. The agency requires accessible, culturally responsive, and confidential care to address student behavioral health needs. In-person services are required, though limited virtual sessions may be utilized as appropriate to support continuity of care. The scope of work covers individual counseling, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed counseling services, including support for grief, loss, and crisis-related experiences. The selected vendor must participate in prevention and outreach efforts, while also providing professional development for staff and faculty. Additionally, the agency requires the delivery of educational workshops, prevention programming, and mental health awareness activities for students in coordination with the center for prevention and wellness. The vendor must maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the performance of the work will be offsite.
