Rural Community Health Support Program Service

The District of Columbia Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide a rural community health support program service. The agency needs to develop, deliver, and coordinate nationally available technical assistance that supports community organizations and rural health stakeholders serving rural populations. This initiative aims to support a full range of healthcare delivery in rural communities, improve chronic disease management, nutrition, and preventive services, help organizations work better to provide higher quality care, and address emergent public health needs and priorities. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all required work offsite.
