Deferred Compensation Plan Services

The Cook County government authority located in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a certified public accounting firm to audit the financial statements for its deferred compensation plan for public employees. The agency needs an independent audit of the statement of plan net position, the related statement of changes in plan net position for the year then ended, and the related notes to the financial statements. This defined contribution plan is established in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and allows all county employees, including forest preserve district employees, to defer compensation to a future date.
