The City of Converse, Texas is seeking a qualified architectural firm to design and oversee facility modifications for a government authority. The agency needs to address security and operational efficiency by upgrading its physical access points and administrative spaces. The project requires architectural services to modify existing wrought iron gates, install new access-controlled gates, add a new exterior transaction window, and construct a new access-controlled storefront. The selected vendor must also design a new reception and secretarial area to improve visitor management and administrative workflow. Additionally, the scope of work requires the provision of adequate temporary sanitary facilities for construction workers throughout the duration of the project. All performance of the architectural and construction work must take place onsite at the government facility in Converse, Texas. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. Interested parties must attend a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for June 11, 2026. All clarifying questions regarding the project requirements must be submitted to the agency no later than June 16, 2026.
