The Ohio-based government authority is seeking a qualified onshore vendor to perform a comprehensive visual inspection of all accessible roof areas. The agency needs to assess the condition of its roof coverings, structures, flashings, penetrations, and drainage systems to identify any wear, damage, or structural distress. This inspection will help the agency determine the approximate age and general condition of the roofing materials and detect any evidence of water intrusion or improper drainage. The scope of work covers the identification of roofing materials, evaluation of structural stability, and inspection of flashings at walls, chimneys, vents, skylights, and HVAC equipment. The inspector must also evaluate gutters, downspouts, roof drains, scuppers, and drainage pathways for obstructions or ponding water. All inspection activities must take place onsite at the designated government facility in Ohio. Eligibility is strictly limited to United States organizations. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project.
