Professional Services

The City of Arlington, Texas, requires professional services to support infrastructure and pipeline projects. The agency needs a contractor to perform additional video inspections, pipeline cleaning, and subsurface excavations to locate existing facilities when necessary. The selected provider will also prepare legal descriptions and plats, conduct geotechnical assessments of soil and water table characteristics, and redraw construction plan sheets if project scopes change after final submission. The scope of work includes observing on-site conditions to evaluate dewatering techniques, coordinating with landowners for right-of-entry, and providing additional final plan sets and specifications. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted work must be performed on-site at the agency location in Arlington, Texas. The agency is currently seeking proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders may attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 9, 2026. The agency requires all clarification questions to be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
