The Hollis Social Library in Hollis, New Hampshire, requires contractor services to address severe rot on its building and window trim. The library is seeking a complete assessment and cost estimate of the building's exterior, focusing on but not limited to the damaged areas identified in the project documentation. The selected contractor must provide a cost estimate for installing approximately 240 linear feet of completely new composite trim board, as well as an alternate cost estimate for replacing only the necessary damaged areas with composite trim board. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The contractor must perform all assessment and replacement work onsite at the library facility in Hollis, New Hampshire. The library is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this project and will accept digital submissions via email or through their online portal.
