RFI for Ship Management and Training Support Services

The government authority located in Seattle, Washington is seeking ship management, training, and related support services. The agency needs a partner to handle ongoing ship management, vessel maintenance, crew services, training, and associated logistics support. The primary objective is to ensure seamless day-to-day vessel operations, which includes navigation, watch standing, propulsion and power management, deck operations, communications, and routine operational tasks. The scope of work requires the selected partner to integrate environmental compliance and pollution prevention practices into standard operating procedures and crew training. The agency expects immediate reporting and response support for any spills or pollution incidents in accordance with applicable regulations and authority direction.
