Comprehensive Online Program Review Consulting Services

The Indiana-based government authority is seeking an outside consultant to perform a comprehensive review of its online unit and related student success supports for online students. The agency is trying to solve the problem of lower retention and success rates among online-only students compared to traditional students. The project covers an in-depth evaluation of the organizational structure, Ivy Online procedures such as course scheduling and cancellation, and course structure, quality, and instructional practices. The scope of work requires benchmarking course design processes, standards, and instructional practices against peer institutions and nationally recognized online education models. The consultant must deliver a detailed, actionable report containing a summary of findings and tailored recommendations for improvements. These recommendations must address the unique challenges of a statewide, single-accredited community college to help online programs meet nationally accepted benchmarks. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
