Behavioral Interaction and Management Technique Training Services

The government authority located in Richmond, Virginia is seeking behavioral interaction and management technique training services to be provided within the agency and its facilities. This training must help staff identify risk behaviors, de-escalate crises through verbal and non-verbal responses, and build confidence in risk assessment decision-making. The scope of work requires the selected provider to deliver evidence-based techniques for de-escalating risk behaviors, recognizing the stages of an escalating crisis, and rebuilding relationships post-crisis. The agency expects the performance of this work to occur offsite. The resulting contract will cover a performance period of one year.
