RFI for Health Center Operations Services

The Prince William County government authority in Manassas, Virginia is seeking information from organizations with demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare operations. The agency is trying to solve the problem of barriers to student healthcare by providing accessible, student-centered health services during the school day to support attendance and wellness. The agency requires a partner that can coordinate appropriately with school administration, families, and other authorized partners while managing direct clinical services, consent, scheduling, communication, documentation, and billing. The scope of work covers staffing, equipping, and operating a health center located on or associated with a school campus. Requested services include providing a licensed nurse practitioner to deliver on-site clinical services, along with support personnel to manage intake, consent collection, appointment coordination, administrative support, and billing functions. The selected provider must also supply all necessary medical equipment and resources for routine outpatient services, administer school-required immunizations, conduct school-required and athletic physicals, and perform sick-call visits for minor illnesses and injuries. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all clinical and operational work must take place onsite at the designated school-based facility. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand budget expectations, and interested organizations must submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online portal.
