Public Health Epidemiologist User System Support and Maintenance Service

The Oregon Health Authority in Salem, Oregon, requires ongoing maintenance, enhancement, modernization, and support for its mission-critical public health epidemiology user system, known as ORPHEUS. The agency needs to sustain twenty-four-hour, seven-day-a-week, year-round availability of this application while maintaining its stability and performance.
