The City of Converse, Texas, is seeking a qualified architectural firm to design and oversee facility modifications for a government authority. The agency needs to address security and operational efficiency by upgrading its physical access controls and public-facing areas. The project requires modifying existing wrought iron gates, installing new access-controlled gates, adding a new exterior transaction window, and constructing a new access-controlled storefront. The scope of work also encompasses designing and establishing a new reception and secretarial area within the facility. The selected vendor must provide adequate temporary sanitary facilities for the construction workmen throughout the duration of the project. All architectural and construction services must be performed onsite at the designated government facility in Converse, Texas. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services.
