Independent Auditing Services

The government authority located in Christiansted, Virgin Islands is seeking independent auditing services for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2026, September 30, 2027, and September 30, 2028. The agency needs to solve the problem of ensuring its financial statements are free from material misstatement and properly audited by an independent party. The scope of work requires auditing the authority's financial statements, including the related notes and required supplementary information, in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America. The selected auditor must perform the audit in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, express an opinion on the financial statements, and perform all procedures necessary to obtain reasonable assurance of financial accuracy. All work will be performed offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the services. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 19, 2026, and responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
