Annual Financial Audit Service

The City of Kilgore, Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual financial audit services. The selected auditor must perform an audit of the basic financial statements and the combining and individual fund financial statements and schedules. While the auditor is not required to audit the supporting schedules contained in the annual comprehensive financial report, the agency requires an in-relation-to opinion on these schedules based on the auditing procedures applied during the main audit. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The scope of work specifies that the selected vendor will perform all audit activities offsite.
