Deferred Compensation Plan Services

The County of Cook in Chicago, Illinois, is seeking a certified public accounting firm to audit the financial statements of its deferred compensation plan for public employees. The agency needs to address the financial oversight of this defined contribution plan, which allows county and forest preserve district employees to defer compensation to a future date in accordance with Internal Revenue regulations.
