Nikon Microscopes Supply

The University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a vendor to supply new and unused microscopes and accessories. Although the project title specifies Nikon, the agency requires Olympus microscopes and accessories, including imaging accessories. The agency is attempting to procure these scientific instruments under a single discount percentage that covers both the microscopes and all associated accessories. The scope of work requires the vendor to deliver the equipment and provide on-site setup and demonstration of the manufacturer's entire microscope line at no extra charge upon delivery. The selected vendor must also provide a minimum of a one-year warranty on parts and labor, which must pass directly to the university. Bidders must specify their average delivery time after receipt of an order within their proposals. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The performance of the work, excluding the on-site setup and demonstration at delivery, will be conducted offsite.
