The Town of Flower Mound, Texas, is seeking professional engineering services to support its municipal infrastructure and planning needs. The agency requires a full-service engineering regiment to design and prepare contract documents suitable for bidding purposes across multiple categories. These categories cover roadways, water, wastewater, storm sewer, traffic and transportation engineering, all-purpose trails, parks, and landscaping. The selected provider must also deliver a full-service engineering regiment for master plans, project cost estimating, and other engineering-related studies. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted onsite. To qualify for consideration, bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
