Campus Shuttle Services

The government authority in Seattle, Washington is seeking a vendor to provide safe, reliable, timely, and professional campus shuttle services. The agency needs to solve its campus transportation challenges by establishing regularly scheduled shuttle routes and event-based shuttle services with minimal disruption to daily operations. The selected operator must ensure drivers wear photo identification badges, enforce no smoking and vaping rules inside the vehicles, and allow passengers to transport medical commodities. The scope of work covers the management of route operations, service adjustments, scheduling, reporting, and incident response in coordination with the university representatives.
