Physical Therapy services

The government authority in Cole, Missouri is seeking physical therapy services to support its educational programs. The agency requires a Missouri-certified teacher of the blind and visually impaired who is in good standing throughout the contract period to provide vision services. The selected contractor must coordinate and supervise all aspects of these requirements in accordance with agency standards. The scope of work requires therapists to deliver services using an integrated approach in conjunction with the classroom teacher or the most appropriate educational space. Therapists must have prior experience providing therapy services and must complete a fingerprint check registration and actual fingerprinting. The contractor or the therapist is responsible for paying all fees related to the Family Care Safety Registry. Services must occur within the school calendar on Monday through Friday when students are available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Daily sessions must not begin before 9:15 a.m. and must end by 2:45 p.m. unless the therapy is specifically related to the students. The contractor must agree and understand that the agency determines the specific times and days for these services. The agency limits eligibility to onshore bidders located within the United States. Performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the contract period will last for one year.
