The scope of work covers five key areas, starting with financial leadership and advisory support to provide strategic financial analysis, budget development, and long-term capital planning. The agency also requires assistance with accounting and financial operations, including general ledger reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and guidance on Government Accounting Standards Board compliance. Additionally, the scope includes audit preparation, risk assessments, payroll administration oversight, and the optimization of financial systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning implementation. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the selected contractor to perform all work onsite at the Boston location.
