Landscaping Services

The City of Lakeland, Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for designated public properties. The agency requires these services to maintain an attractive, safe, and healthy appearance across specified roadway medians, public facilities, and gateway signs. The selected contractor must perform trimming, pruning, weed control, litter removal, mulching, planting bed maintenance, and general landscape upkeep. The scope of work also requires the development and presentation of landscape design concepts for biannual seasonal flower installations, which the agency must review and approve prior to planting. Additionally, the contractor must conduct monthly landscape assessments and submit management reports regarding plant health, bed conditions, replacement needs, and opportunities for improvement. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and all contracted work must be performed onsite in Lakeland, Tennessee. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026.
