Architectural Services

The City of Barre, Vermont, is seeking architectural services to support the elevation of three residential structures. The agency needs a qualified vendor to develop elevation design plans and manage the architectural modifications associated with raising these homes. This project addresses the need for professional design, permitting coordination, and engineering integration to successfully execute the residential elevations. The scope of work covers the development of elevation plans and coordination with structural and civil engineers as required. The selected vendor must also provide permitting support and construction-administration services, which include conducting onsite visits during the construction phase. Because the performance of the work will be onsite, the agency requires the physical presence of the contractor in Barre, Vermont, during implementation. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget range for this contract.
