The City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide specialized construction services at the local airport. The agency needs to ensure maximum safety for aircraft, fire-rescue equipment, and maintenance vehicles during active airport operations. To solve this safety challenge, the selected contractor must provide marking, lighting, and other approved identification methods for personnel, equipment, vehicles, storage areas, and hazardous work zones. The scope of work requires strict adherence to the airport's construction safety and phasing plan as well as the safety plan compliance document. All contracted services and performance of the work must take place onsite at the Fayetteville airport facility. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Interested bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 16, 2026.
