Engineering and Surveying Services

The government authority located in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking engineering and surveying services. The agency needs to address ongoing requirements for land development review, drainage engineering, traffic engineering, floodplain management, construction inspection, development planning, comprehensive land use planning, land surveying, emergency review of infrastructure, and water/wastewater operator services. The selected contractor will perform engineering and technical design work for civil engineering projects, which may include retaining walls, slope stabilizations, pavement rehabilitation, culvert rehabilitation, bio-retention and drainage projects, structural design, and other roadway and drainage related design tasks. The scope of work covers development review and floodplain management tasks. For development review, the agency requires the review of site plans, the preparation of engineering-specific conditions of approval for site plans and subdivision permit applications, and the review of subdivision plat applications for conformance with agency regulations. For floodplain management, the agency requires the review of all development permit applications to determine compliance with regulations, to verify that all necessary federal, state, or local permits have been obtained, and to determine if proposed developments are located in the floodway. Bidders must be onshore United States organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to be onsite in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
