Physical Therapy services

The government authority located in Cole, Missouri is seeking physical therapy services to support its students. The agency requires these services to be delivered using an integrated approach in conjunction with the teacher in the classroom or the most appropriate educational space. To address these needs, the contractor must provide a Missouri certified teacher of the blind and visually impaired who remains in good standing throughout the contract period to provide vision services. The scope of work requires the contractor to coordinate and supervise all aspects of the stated requirements in accordance with agency standards. Therapists provided by the contractor must have experience providing therapy services. The contractor and the therapists are responsible for any fees related to the Family Care Safety Registry, and they must complete the fingerprint check registration and the actual fingerprinting. Services must occur within the school calendar Monday through Friday when students are available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In-school services must not begin before 9:15 a.m. and must end by 2:45 p.m. unless the therapy is specifically related to the students. The contractor must agree and understand these specific times and days for service provision. Eligible bidders must perform the work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this opportunity. The contract period will span one year.
