RFI for Health Center Operations Services

The government authority located in Manassas, Virginia is seeking information from organizations with demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare operations. The agency is trying to provide accessible, student-centered health services during the school day, reduce barriers to care, support student attendance and wellness, and coordinate appropriately with school administration, families, and other authorized partners. The requested services must include direct clinical services, consent management, scheduling, student and family communication, documentation, and insurance or other billing support. The scope of work covers staffing, equipping, and operating a health center located on or associated with a school campus. The agency requires a licensed nurse practitioner to deliver on-site clinical services, alongside support personnel sufficient to manage student and family intake, consent collection and tracking, appointment coordination, basic administrative support, and billing-related functions. Additionally, the project requires the provision of medical equipment, supplies, and resources necessary for routine outpatient student health services, school-required immunizations, school-required physicals and athletic physicals, and sick-call visits for minor illnesses or injuries. Eligible organizations must be onshore United States organizations only. The performance of all clinical and operational work must take place onsite at the agency location. Interested organizations may submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget and pricing structures.
