Public Health Epidemiologist User System Support and Maintenance Service

The Oregon Health Authority in Salem, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide public health epidemiologist user system support and maintenance services for its mission-critical application, Orpheus. The agency requires ongoing maintenance, enhancement, modernization, and support to sustain twenty-four-seven-three-hundred-sixty-five system availability. This initiative aims to maintain the stability and performance of the application while supporting evolving programmatic and reporting requirements. The scope of work covers administrative and project support services, standard maintenance and enhancement services, and break-and-fix and defect correction services. The selected vendor must also provide modernization and scalability support, contingency and rapid response development, and continuity of operations and resilience planning.
