Landscaping Services

The City of Lakeland, Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for designated public properties, roadway medians, public facilities, and gateway signs. The agency requires these services to maintain an attractive, safe, and healthy appearance across all specified areas throughout the contract term. The selected vendor must perform trimming, pruning, weed control, litter removal, mulching, planting bed maintenance, and general landscape upkeep. The scope of work also requires the development and presentation of landscape design concepts for seasonal plantings, which the agency must review and approve prior to installation. The chosen provider must perform biannual planting of seasonal flowers and conduct monthly landscape assessments. These assessments must include reporting and recommendations regarding plant health, bed conditions, replacement needs, and opportunities for improvement. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and all work must be performed onsite at the designated locations in Lakeland, Tennessee.
