Architectural Services

The City of Barre, Vermont, is seeking architectural services to support the elevation of three residential structures. The agency needs to address structural vulnerabilities by developing elevation design plans and managing the associated architectural modifications. This project requires the selected vendor to coordinate closely with structural and civil engineering consultants, secure necessary permits, and provide construction-phase support. The scope of work covers the development of elevation plans, ongoing construction administration support, and mandatory onsite visits during the construction phase. Bidders must be organizations based in the United States, as the agency limits eligibility to onshore entities. All contracted work must be performed onsite at the residential locations in Barre.
