Construction Manager at Risk Services for Old County Jail Demolition and Site Rehabilitation

Coconino County in Flagstaff, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the demolition and site rehabilitation of the old county jail. The project requires the demolition of approximately 37,000 square feet of non-historic portions of the jail while preserving and carefully detaching a 3,000 square foot historic portion. The selected vendor must remove and dispose of all construction waste in accordance with regulatory requirements and best management practices. The scope of work includes grading the site according to demolition plans and importing suitable fill material. The agency requires the development of a written construction phasing and scheduling plan to minimize impacts on the Court Complex, adjacent businesses, and residences. Additionally, the project demands written strategies to achieve efficiencies, site logistics preparation, a written safety plan, and a detailed project schedule that coordinates work with ongoing Court operations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the facility in Flagstaff.
