Floodplain management duties require reviewing all development permit applications to ensure compliance with local regulations, verifying that all necessary federal, state, or local permits have been obtained, and determining if proposed developments are located within the floodway. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performing personnel must conduct the work onsite in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
