Audit Consulting Services

The City of Pasadena, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive audit consulting services to evaluate and improve government operations. The selected vendor will assess program effectiveness, evaluate operational efficiency, and review internal financial, operational, and compliance controls. Additionally, the scope of work requires analyzing compliance with applicable laws, benchmarking against peer jurisdictions, and identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. The project requires the vendor to participate in engagement planning meetings with Internal Audit, conduct preliminary research, request data, and perform stakeholder interviews. The vendor must also develop a risk assessment for each designated engagement. All work under this contract will be performed offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
