Financial Consulting Services

The government authority located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking financial consulting services to obtain accounting, financial services, and technical assistance. The agency needs to solve challenges related to year-end close-out processes and requires ongoing financial management oversight, including monthly financial reviews and assistance. To ensure financial accuracy, the selected partner must review supporting schedules and work papers, and resolve any ledger or subsidiary ledger variances. The scope of work covers providing financial leadership and management oversight, as well as preparing pension plan services schedules for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. The agency also requires financial and operational reviews, analyses, and the development of updated financial and operational procedures. All project work will be performed offsite over a contract period of two years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept responses digitally via email or online.
