Campus Shuttle Services

The government authority in Seattle, Washington is seeking a supplier to provide safe, reliable, timely, courteous, and professional campus shuttle services with minimal disruption to operations. The agency needs to solve its campus transportation challenges by establishing regularly scheduled shuttle routes and event-based shuttle services. Drivers must wear photograph identification badges, enforce no smoking and vaping rules inside the vehicles, and allow passengers to transport medical commodities. The scope of work requires the supplier to coordinate with the shuttles manager or other designated University representatives regarding route operations, service adjustments, scheduling, reporting, incident response, and other operational needs. Performance of the work will take place either onsite or offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. An optional pre-proposal meeting will take place on June 10, 2026, and the agency requires all questions to be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
