The government authority located in Charleston, West Virginia is seeking professional accounting, financial management, and grant compliance services. The agency needs to address financial management responsibilities related to federal grant administration, fiscal oversight, accounting systems, reporting, and compliance. To solve these administrative challenges, the agency requires assistance with policy and procedure development for financial operations, as well as technical assistance regarding grant management, allowable costs, procurement standards, cost allocation, and fiscal compliance. The scope of work covers assisting in the preparation and review of annual budgets and monthly financial statements. The selected contractor may perform the work either onsite or offsite over a contract period of one year. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and allows digital response submissions via email or online. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit a mandatory letter of intent no later than June 10, 2026, to be eligible for consideration. The agency will also hold a mandatory pre-proposal conference on June 12, 2026.
