The scope of work requires the provision of National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program approved whole-body or extremity dosimeters, utilizing Optically Stimulated Luminescence or alternative technology subject to agency approval. The selected provider must manage monthly or quarterly shipments, supply prepaid return labels, and maintain full historical dose-data and legally compliant lifetime exposure records. Additionally, the agency requires a secure, twenty-four-seven online portal for account and dosimeter data management with exportable formats in Excel, CSV, and PDF, alongside Nuclear Regulatory Commission compliant dose reports delivered within thirty days of receiving returned dosimeters. Technical support constitutes a key component of the requirements, including direct assistance to government radiation safety personnel and customer service for account management, billing, reporting, or device issues. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only, and the provider must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand budget parameters and has not disclosed a pre-determined funding limit.
