The City of Laguna Hills, California, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive taxi service program. The agency requires a transportation program that is both demand-responsive and accommodates advanced pre-scheduled reservations. This service must operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including all holidays. The service area covers destinations within the city limits of Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Irvine, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, and Laguna Woods. Eligible trips include transportation to any destination point for shopping, errands, social or recreational activities, and personal business, as stipulated in the city's Orange County Transportation Authority agency service plan. Drivers must complete incident reports immediately following any out-of-the-ordinary occurrence during service delivery. Only United States-based organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The contractor must perform the administrative and operational work offsite from their own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
