The selected provider must perform ongoing monitoring and management of investments, rebalance portfolios as needed, and manage risk and compliance with applicable policies and investment guidelines. Additionally, the agency requires advisory support and educational services, including educational presentations for agency staff, advisory bodies, and the Board of Supervisors, as well as assistance in understanding trust investment strategies, performance results, and long-term pension funding considerations. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is issuing this contract for a period of one year.
