The government authority in McAllen, Texas is seeking a vendor to enter into a lease and operation agreement to install, maintain, service, and operate automated teller machine (ATM) equipment. The authority requires these services to provide convenience for its employees, patrons, and other authorized users. The selected partner must deliver a comprehensive operations, maintenance, and service plan that includes a preventive maintenance program, defined response times for service calls, cash replenishment procedures, and ATM uptime guarantees. The requested ATMs must support, at a minimum, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express card networks. The machines must also support transactions in both English and Spanish language formats and comply with all accessibility standards. Additionally, the authority requires robust customer service and dispute resolution processes, detailed reporting capabilities, and modern ATM functionality and features. The authority is limiting eligibility to onshore United States organizations only. The performance of the contract work will take place offsite over a contract period of three years.
