Hillcrest Drive Sidewalk Replacement Project Service

The City of Montrose, Colorado, is seeking a contractor to replace the sidewalk along Hillcrest Drive. The existing sidewalk consists of an older, drive-over style that is essentially impassable in most reaches. To solve this issue, the agency requires the construction of new improvements including concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, retaining walls, fencing, and asphalt patching. The project requires widening the sidewalk toward the west by reclaiming existing rights of way and resetting conflicting improvements. The scope of work covers removals and resets of trees, shrubs, sod, fencing, retaining structures, mailboxes, signs, asphalt pavement, and concrete as required to accommodate the new construction. The selected contractor must also adjust irrigation systems and sprinklers as necessary to fit the new layout. All performance of the work must take place onsite in Montrose, Colorado. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project.
