Construction Management Service

Additionally, the agency requires the development of construction management plans, construction schedules, and cost estimates with reconciliation at key milestones. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted onsite in Portland, Oregon. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2026.
